Make the most of the longer nights here in Scotland by joining us on this short tour to experience some of our most iconic landmarks – after dark!
Beginning in Glasgow, we’ll first pick you up from your accommodation and make our way to the majestic Stirling Castle.
A symbol of Scottish royalty and a pivotal site in the nation’s history. Once the residence of Scotland’s Kings and Queens and also played a key role in the Wars of Independence. Its stunning exterior, beautifully lit, provides a breathtaking backdrop for photos that will capture the grandeur and history of this historic fortress.
As we travel away from Stirling, we’ll have a short comfort break at a nearby coffee shop.
Next, we’ll marvel at The Kelpies, two towering horse-head sculptures that rise to 30 metres (95 feet) in height, representing the mythical water spirits of Scottish folklore. Designed by artist Andy Scott, these impressive sculptures symbolise the strong connection between the land and its equine heritage. Illuminated at night, they create an unforgettable visual experience, making them a favourite among visitors looking to snap that perfect shot.
Our final stop is the Falkirk Wheel, an engineering marvel that uniquely connects the Forth and Clyde Canal with the Union Canal. Opened in 2002, this rotating boat lift has become a symbol of Scotland’s innovation, ingenuity and celebrated for its ability to lift boats 24 metres into the air with a simple yet brilliant mechanism. The Falkirk Wheel’s stunning design and striking nighttime illumination have made it a popular attraction, offering visitors some visually striking photo opportunities.
We’ll then make our return back to your Glasgow accommodation.
This tour offers a unique perspective on Scotland’s heritage, perfect for visitors. While the interiors of these attractions remain closed, their exteriors tell captivating stories that come to life under the stars.

Don’t forget a camera to snap the fantastic memories you’ll make on tour with us!Clothing
Glasgow comedian and actor Sir Billy Connolly famously said of Scotland that “there’s no such thing as bad weather, only the wrong clothes”.
It’s true that no matter what the season, the weather in Scotland can be “changeable”. We suggest that you bring suitable clothing for all conditions, including a waterproof jacket and plenty of layers, particularly in the winter months.
Ensure you bring shoes that are suitable for short walks on rough or uneven terrain.
Cash or card?
Although all attractions we visit accept card payments, we would also recommend bringing cash with you.
